Automatic dough sheet cutter

The dough cutting machine is a reciprocating type. Thin dough sheets can be cut into specific shapes and sizes by means of a cutter that reciprocates up and down. During the cutting process, the conveyor belt is automatically started and stopped, and the running speed can be adjusted. Different shapes and sizes of dough can be cut by changing the cutter. Both the upper and lower cutters and the longitudinal cutter can be quickly replaced. Therefore, this machine is also suitable for the production of other types of bread and pastry.
This machine has certain requirements for the viscosity and thickness of the dough. The dough should not be too sticky and soft, and the thickness of the dough is generally about 2-20mm. The minimum cutting size of the dough should not exceed 2 times the thickness of the dough and not be less than 20MM. If it exceeds this range, it needs to be customized.
