Factory
All kinds of baking equipment are manufactured in our own factory, with all important parts manufactured by CNC machining center. The CNC machining center includes four-axis machining centers, large gantry CNC milling machine, CNC boring machine, milling machining centers and CNC lathes, which ensures the precision and quality of parts that play a key role in the equipment service life.The independent assembling workshop, in which the technicians assemble and test each equipment, can ensure the stability and reliability and smooth operation of equipment that are delivered to customers.
The sheet-metal processing workshop,with large-scale laser cutting machines and CNC bending machines, ensures the delicate frame and nice appearance .

Service: The core aim of our business is to enable our customers to find the answers to their needs each time they take a trip to their bakery shop. Songda aims to create an environment in this industry of Kitchen equipment where there is nothing left to be altered. To accomplish this, we provide our customers with all-round services along with state of the art technology incorporated in exceptional designs. Customers are provided with after sales-services as well that includes technical assistance, quick help, thorough advice and premium quality spare parts.
Warranty:Our Policy allows warranty of 12 months to parts to our customers along with a year’s service warranty. In addition to this,Songda Engineering provides lifetime technical support and spare parts supply for all the products. Within the warranty period, there will be no cost necessary for spare parts. However, after the expiration of the warranty,we will supply spare parts in reasonable prices along with expert guidance.Warranty does not take account of units subjected to misapplication, exploitation, improper maintenance/ installation, unauthorized alteration, damages in transit, power surges, environmental damages, and other risks.

Quality Testing: In order to keep being conscientious to our customers as promise, Songda’s QC strictly inspects each item before delivery. We aim to ensure all the goods are in good condition as well as qualified to meet our customer’s requirements.
Stainless Steel Products:
Dimension: Check if the dimension is same with customer’s request.
Workmanship: Make sure there is no sharp corner or edge.
Thickness: Use micro-ruler to check the thickness.
Material: Use exclusive chemical liquid to test the materials in order to ensure the product is using right material (SS 304).
Cleaning: Make sure each item is clean before packing.
Inspection for custom-made item: All the custom-made items will be checked more strictly.
Remarks: If there is any discrepancy occurred, we will be happy to make corrections or improvements ensuring those items meet our customer’s requirement.
